Some Scenes From The Weekend...

If I were going to sum up the weekend in a single word, it would be "debauchery." (Albeit, a sort of rated PG, almost 40 year-old brand of debauchery, but naughty {at least to me} nonetheless.) 

Allow me to break things down for you.

First there was a Friday dinner with my friend Leslie and her family involving mounds of Thai food and several tequila/lime/jalapeño cocktails. House tidied, guests departed, I then proceeded to stay up until 1:00 a.m. partaking in what can only be described as a "Glee binge".

On Saturday, I co-hosted a baby shower for my lovely and amazing friends Sam & Bret (scenes from said party and from Sam's killer office commingling above) featuring lots-o-wine and lots-o-pizza...oh and some brilliant but totally wicked Nutella and Mascarpone cheese dessert. It was a bad scene. 

But wait, there's more...

Sunday morning I kicked things off with more Glee, three back-to-back episodes to be exact (see: lots-o-wine), and then proceeded to spend pretty much the rest of the day sitting by my pool with Janet and her crew while enjoying In-N-Out Burger and strawberry pie. Oh and, wait for it... I didn't wear sunscreen.

It's wheels off. I'm crazy friends...throwing caution to the wind. Watch out.
