In the history of my "Loving" posts, I don't think I've ever devoted one to a single topic...until today. Such is my love for Amanda Brooks' blog, I Love Your Style (her book of the same name is also rather awesome), that I've done just that.
I've been a fan of I Love Your Style for a while, and was supremely bummed to see Amanda stop blogging when she took her post as fashion director at Barneys. When she left her job to move to the English countryside for a year with her family, she resumed blogging (which I just discovered last week...somehow I just didn't think to check).
In between all the good weather ogling and magazine reading and noshing with pals last weekend, I caught up on Amanda's blog and promptly fell back in love. In fact, with posts about family life on the farm interspersed with musings on high fashion, style icons, and design inspiration, I'm even more smitten with the space. The juxtaposition of pet chickens and Chanel that came out of Amanda's move across the pond feels fun and fresh and wholly unique (a rarity in the style blog world for sure).
Go check it out.

I have been an avid fan of Amanda's blog for while now and have been regularly checking it on weekly basis; always a breath of fresh air (as are you!) Joyful things, indeed.
Oh, I didn't realize she was blogging again, either! Incredible. She is so inspiring. Don't you just want to move to the English countryside? xo
