In about an hour, I'm off on a little overnight (!) trip to NYC for work, but before I head leave, I want to show you guys the result of the Minted.com art wall project that Caitlin, Erin, and I undertook a few weeks ago...
Those of you following along might recall that Bryan selected Koshi's fetching B&W 1 as the starting point for the rest of the pieces. The Koshi ended up flying solo in the living room, as it was so striking (and large) that it really merited a place of its own.
I combined the rest of my selections, Escape, Aperture 4, and Autumn, with vintage pieces, works by the girlies and Bryan, and a photograph by my friend Sam's talented hubby Bret. To keep things cohesive amidst the different styles and mediums, I stuck to a palette of works in blues and greens and used light colored wood frames.
The finish product hangs over the dresser in our guest room, and I have to say, I'm really digging the way it turned out...
Now the fun (for you) begins... We're doing a little giveaway with Minted.com. Here's the low-down:
Visit the Minted site, take a gander at all the great art prints, then leave a comment on this post telling us which piece of art is your fave and where you would put it in your house.
One winner will be selected randomly from the combined comments from here, Apartment 34, and Sacramento Street to receive the piece of art they choose in any size(!) they want. The winner will be announced on Monday, December 10th. Don't forget to include your email address with your comment. Good luck!

It looks great! I wish I could have you come over and work some of that magic on my walls. It's a talent for sure. I currently have an empty living room, so we're in the early stages of picking out furniture and decorations. I have no idea what I'm doing. :-)
Based on our colors, I'm thinking the print I'd choose would be Radiance (in that lovely orange and turquoise). Escape and Aperture 4 are both on the list as possibilities as well. Very cool!
Wow, what a Great Wall! Continually amazed at your eye for putting things together so perfectly.
I would love the cat's pajamas print to hang above our little girl's crib. http://www.minted.com/product/custom-art-prints/MIN-0I8-NCA/the-cats-pajamas
She just moved on up to the big girl crib last week and the wall is still bare and needs some love.
LOVE that grouping, you did such a great job. I'd pick the rooftops of paris although i really like the tributary on the coast as well. thanks for hosting such a great giveaway.
I'm loving the print by Jack Move, "A Long Week in the City" -- as a collector of ticket stubs and other ephemera, I especially love seeing it on the huge scale (60"x44")!
Oh, I just love the Dream Big print-- so sweet!
I would totally get the Rocket Art Print for my son's room!

I really dig the b&w 1 -- it looks like it is in that first photo you have. I'd put it in our office, we are currently redecorating.
One of my many favorites is the Little Clover print.
I would put it in the kitchen since that is where we spend most of our time together as a family :-)

Great job with the art wall. I love the instagallery prints, the Highway wildflowers art prints and the all in the details art prints...i could go on!
awesome giveaway. my house is slowing filling with minted goods, but none of the prints! i love all of them but it would be really great to create a 'big picture' from one of our recent engagement pictures. that would hang perfectly in our office and keep me company while burning the midnight oil. fingers crossed!
I absolutely love the 'this is home' print in a gigantic size 60"x44". It will look great on the blank wall in my kitchen. It's big enough to cover up all the holes that are currently there from my many (failed) attempts to create a photo wall.
