We're off to Marfa for our four day family bonding/recharging/regrouping pilgrimage. But before we go, I thought I'd share some of the shots (by the talented Manny Rodriguez) that didn't make it into the Rue spread. I realize there are a lot of photos here friends, but I figure all that house sprucing merits a bit of oversharing (or at least that's what I'm going with).
Have a great rest of the week!

great place!
love the balance of natural and sophistication.
I can't believe you actually live there! I mean, it's like one of those dream homes from a magazine! I know, it was in a magazine, that's the whole point, but it's also your actual real home where you and your family live! I'm very impressed and inspired and maybe just a wee bit jealous.

Fantastic. Really fantastic. Your home style has evolved in a beautiful way. Next time, photos of your new pool.
Have a great time in Marfa. Jealous.

So happy to see more photos! I keep coming back and looking at them over and over, and I see something new each time. I love all the small details throughout. You’ve done a really lovely job, your home is gorgeous.
Honestly Jos...it's just. so. good! I feel lucky to have seen it in person - and can say it's even better in real life!! Totally and incredibly inspiring ;)

what a beautiful home. Thank you for being willing to share it with all of us. I feel so inspired to take on some little home projects of my own I've been putting off.
And most of all, enjoy Marfa! Definitely a well deserved break!
This is a project of pure love and fantastic taste! It is absolutely beautiful! I posted some of the images in my blog this morning. Could not help myself sharing the beauty
i love the white doll house, can you tell me where to buy one?
Your home is simply gorgeous...I keep coming back to this post and the pics in Rue for more design inspiration!! Lovely indeed!
Just gorgeous, Joslyn!! I am totally blown away by it all. Sad I won't see you at the Rue party tonight, though. :-( Have a safe, relaxing, and recharging time in Marfa though!
I always love the little peeks into your home, but seeing it all is overwhelmingly good. The living room is my favorite- such great bones and that fireplace!! Just lovely. Hope you have a great vacation!
Love these outtakes! They are priceless and you have such an amazing home Jos.
Have a wonderful pilgrimage with the fam. Safe travels! xx

Beyond gorgeous. Like stunning. Thanks for sharing the rest of the photos. So many things I love but I have to say you are probably the best grouper / vignette maker there is!

Congrats on the Rue piece! How amazing is that?!? I loved seeing all the extra pictures. Your house is gorgeous and has sparked a couple of ideas for my own home...
Absolutely incredible home. Very inspiring. I love the green paint in the bedroom. Would you be able to share the shade? Thanks!
Just stunning.
So lovely to see all these photos of your home. I feel like I've been peering through the curtains of your home for years now but now I feel like I've been invited inside. So nice to see everything in context.
You guys are so kind! Thanks for all the sweet comments!
Srita B -- the dollhouse is from Amazon a few years ago. I can't find the exact one, but I think I searched on wooden dollhouses. It was unfinished and we painted and wallpapered it.
Arden -- the green paint is Cilantro from Sherwin Williams
