Loving...

This crazy lovely dress + sparkly cardigan combo...

Erika's perfect "i love paris" doll...

Her bangs, which are making me consider bangs in a whole new way...not non-committal, side swept numbers, but full-on, straight up, owning it bangs. Thoughts?

Chelsea's fantastic styling for Tokketok...

These insanely gorgeous Dries Van Noten shoes...

and Josh Blackwell's stunning "plastic baskets"...both via keep feeling fascination, which, it should be noted, I'm really loving lately.

Flora's watercolor calendar. One of the best calendars yet. Awesome.

Super clever chalkboard place mats...a perfect kiddo gift. (thanks Jane!) and speaking of gifts, I'm posting gift guides tomorrow! Stay tuned.

  1. fantastic list as usual, esp the dress and calendar. bangs work for me, but a just a bit shorter than that. otherwise they feel like they're constantly in my eyes.

  2. Love the bangs- and the fact that they're 'full-on-owning-it bangs.'

...and thank you for continuing to feed my chalkboard addiction:).

  3. I did the bangs like that last year and loved them! I since grew them out but it was a fun change and made a big difference in how I looked. Beautiful items as always...thanks for sharing :-)

  7. I'm loving my full on, can't be hidden away bangs. My only advice would be to shell out when getting them. I've had a couple of bad attempts, but my latest, most expensive haircut was completely worth it.

  9. I had crazy, thick bangs last year (think Zooey Deschanel) and I loved them. You have to be very careful who's doing the cutting though, some people can really mess you up! I miss my bangs oh-so-much. I say do it! :)

  11. I totally have "noncommittal side swept" bangs and have always longed for the "real" bangs. I'm just too scared.

  17. I was so afraid to cut full bangs, I had a few stylist discourage me because “they are such a commitment” I cut them myself, then later has them fixed by a friend. 6 months later, I just love them. They are long, brushing my lashes and gave me a whole new look. Plus, they are easy to pull away from my face. I would recommend them for sure.

  19. I've been toying with the bangs idea for months. Somehow the girls on Project Runway got me hooked on them, up in buns, with glasses, being super creative. I like them!
