Loving...

This gorgeous leather tote by Rennes, which is at the tippy top of my list of possible new fall bags. (It should be noted that while I don't always actually purchase a "new" fall bag, I do make a list of "candidates." It's a fall ritual. Nutty, I know...)

This completely stunning room shot by photographer Frederik Vercruysse ... I'm always drawn to a good masculine room... via Jenn

Proud Mary's lovely (and thoughtful) pillows via d*s...

Field Trip's fantastic "Peace Origami" print... I especially love her inspiration:

"I was first introduced to the true story of Sadako Sasaki's 1,000 cranes as a young girl in a countryside Oregon school by our Japanese exchange teacher. My love for origami has only grown over the years, as has my understanding of the importance of finding peace in our day to day lives."

The genius bracelets and short red nails at the Chanel couture show (not to mention the actual clothes...) via moodboard

Marisa's petite arrow necklace -- a perfect piece to layer in with all your other goodies...(spotted on pretty mommy)

An (incredibly chic) execution of matching kiddos that manages to completely avoid "twee"... via (a new favorite blog) hither and thither...

  1. I have a Rennes bag (although not that one) and I absolutely love it! It's simple and perfect.

Oh, my verification word is "excess". I think blogger is trying to tell me something about my bag habits.

  6. I just recently discovered Rennes and I'm totally in love. That bag is great. If only I can convince my husband that I need more bags...and those striped kids are amazingly adorable. I bet they don't mind matching, looking that hip.

  8. So sweet, Joslyn! That room is beautiful. I was drooling over a book called _Dark Nostalgia_ at B&N yesterday; this room would dovetail nicely. Search 211 Elizabeth, too (we have a post)--I think you'd like it!
