A Little Giveaway (+ A Sale)


One my utterly fantastic Simple Lovely sponsors, Hij Kids is offering up a sweet little giveaway to one of my U.S. readers...the above "Orla" a beautiful handmade doll by Simpli Jessi.

  28. ooh! if i win, the dollie will be going to a project organized by Soldiers Angels called "Operation Top Knot." it's a baby shower by mail for expecting mothers whose husbands are deployed. very often these gals are hundreds of miles away from their families.

  35. I would give this doll to my daughter. She's only 16 months old so I would have to be careful she didn't pull off the small buttons but she's just beginning to appreciate "babies." She's a bit rough and tumble (deep voice, screams loud when her baby stroller gets trapped by a chair or other piece of furniture), but she is so loving with baby dolls. Her voice gets higher pitched when she talks to them in her own baby talk. And her hugs are genuine and long. :)
