I’m easing into this week after a full past few days… My folks arrived from their home in Louisiana Sunday afternoon
Just one more reminder for me to focus on the important stuff, keep things simple, and stay appreciative amidst the daily stuff I’m so quick to complain about lately.

I was so glad to hear that NOLA was mostly just very wet. Sorry about the pecan tree though. That stinks.
Beautiful pictures. Thank you for posting them.

So glad to hear that your parents are okay and their place relatively unscathed.
I think we could all use the reminder to keep things in perspective. It's so easy to get caught up in the trivial stuff from day to day without taking a step back and thinking about the big picture.
this is a lovely inspiring post. I'm happy to hear that your parents are fine!
Keeps everything in perspective, doesn't it? Lovely shots and I'm happy that your family is unscathed.
Hey Jos...glad to hear that your parents are okay! it was great to see tim and julie this past weekend...wish they were this way more often. Heard wonderful stories about the girls. Believe it or not I'm starting to look for Seaside tickets! It will be here before we know it!
